Fitness – new level

I just got my hands on a new book on getting ripped up.

Charlie Bronson – Military Fitness. It looks good, and what pinned my attention is the chapter on how to punch the cow (!) once that it collapses.

These days I train 4-6 times a week. Tts mostly bag punching with my bare hands and kicks, together with some calisthenics – not much different than what I posted from my Canarias workout, but way more intense.

Will make a post on that book, and good insights of that. So far, top tips and complete how to are books from Paul Wade – Convict Conditioning. Especially the first book.

Now getting down to training – no excuses.

This is continued after reading.

I found it rather interesting, and added some exercices to my routine (like exercising shoulders by lifting the armchair)

The chapter about knocking over the cow was mostly about proper attitude. You know you trained hard. You believe you got strong. Now it is time to prove it. This is just about it. Try it with faith, and you will manage.
